SHOPPING!!!!

Hey guys!!!
So i'm not sure if you guys will like this sort of thing but about a week ago me and my sister went to Primark on a little shopping spree for summer and I thought I might share the items we got.
We were given a £20 limitation to spend and because its Primark we got a decent amount of items!!!

So the first thing that I bought was a pair of comfy shorts. I don't have any other pairs like these and I feel like they are good for lazy days and are just sooooo comfortable! I loved the pattern of them and i loved the bright colours and overall just thought they would be great for summer!

So the second thing I got was my new bikini. I really needed a new one, so I tried on ALOT of different styles and because Im quite thin and I don't have too many curves I came to the conclusion of this one. I really love the bright green and I like the style of the top part, I think it's definitely good for someone like me who is quite small chested!

The third thing that I got was a skirt. I kept on wanting a new skirt and I came across this one and thought it would be good for summer but I also think that it goes well with tights s i could wear it in slightly colder weather.

So i also got these pyjamas which I am now OBSESSED with! my sister spotted them for me and I really love them! because they have shorts and a non-sleeve top I think they are great for summer seeing as I can get very hot extremely easily when am wrapped in a cacoon of my duvet!Plus it really does sum up my personality, I love food!!!!

Now, this isn't just a pointless selfie, the sunglasses on my head were another one of my purchases from primark I love them! They have mirror lens type thins so that when you are looking at someone they can see themselves in your glasses. i thought they were every good value for the price... £1!!! I say that but I bet with my luck they are going to break soon now haha!

I hope you guys like this style of blog, I enjoy making them :) Tell me in the comments if you like them!
Hope you guys are doing well!
Lots of love

Music is my life!

Hi guys!
So I’m sure many of you feel the same way as me!
I am constantly listening to music, I’m listening to music as I’m writing this sentence! (Mary Poppins: spoonful of sugar to be exact).
Walking to school/work, when I’m bored in my room, in the car even in the shower sometimes! I am constantly on my music app on my phone or on Spotify or youtube!
I find that it also affects my mood ALOT! For instance when I know I need to get to sleep that is when I play my ‘Calm’ playlist on my phone or when I want to have a karaoke filled day I play my ‘Favs’ playlist because I know all the words to all of those songs!
So I am not the typical teenager who is obsessed with boy bands etc I mean there are some bands which i am obsessed with like McFly and Busted otherwise known as McBusted.. I went to see the in concert (There will be a whole post on that at some point). But then again I like band that a lot of people haven’t even heard of like ‘The Coronas’ or some people might know them, ‘The Vaccines’.
I like pop music but if you look on my phone then you will see a large percentage of the genre of music on my phone is either singer/songwriter,rock or Indie. So yeah… not the typical fan girl of One Direction! Don’t get my wrong I like some of their songs I am just not crazy about them, no offense all of you directioners hehe.
When I am watching a film I find the soundtrack is extremely important, I am listening to the Fault In our Stars soundtrack and I haven’t even seen the film yet . I am soooo excited to see it!!!but anyway i like some of the songs I have to admit I don’t see where some of the songs would fit in but I guess when I watch it in a few days I shall see where they can fit in.
So some of my favourite artists are : McBusted, The Vaccines, Frank Turner, Tom O’Dell and I probably loads of others that I can’t all write!
haha!
If you guys need to calm yourself down or cheer yourself up I would definetly suggest listening to the appropriate music! For calming yourself down ed Sheehan is usually good and for cheering yourself up I find any upbeat song will do for example 'Let it go' from frozen. If you guys need to go to sleep quickly I definetly suggest listening to 'stay awake' from the Mary poppins soundtrack .. Gets me everytime!!
Hope you liked this blog post!

Keeping Busy!

Hey Guys!

So I have just finished school for this term.. YAY!.. or not :/

Going on summer holidays is gladly welcomed by almost every single pupil across the world. in my opinion… yes the summer is great and sometimes you just need a break from soaking up all the information that you need to pass your exams but then again there are some bad sides of summer.

After a few weeks (unless you are going on holiday somewhere) I find that the summer holidays can get really boring. After exhausting all of the possibilities that you could possibly do during your time away from school I don’t know about you but I tend to get really bored. This usually results in me hibernating in my bed for about 2 weeks. Not the best way to spend my short time on this Earth..

Then again it’s my first week of the holidays and I am living in the present! I am keeping SUPER busy!

Monday: working

Tuesday:working

Wednesday: Surprising my great friend for her 16th and sleepover

Thursday: meeting up with an amazing friend who i haven’t seen in a year

Friday: Going to see the fault in our stars!!! ( Our cinema gets it very late okay!!) hehe

Saturday: working and meeting up with Dad

Sunday: seeing lots of friends and family!

Yes it is a very busy schedule!!! But I am super excited for this week i can earn me some money and cheer up a great friend for her birthday. What more could you ask for!

In my case I really need to keep myself busy! If you are bored or something whilst you are reading this comment and I am sure to reply soon! I promise! If that’s what it takes to make sure you guys are having a great summer then that’s exactly what I’m going to do! PLUS I really love seeing your comments and chatting with you guys!

I hope you liked this short blog

I’ve got plenty more ideas for blogs so keep an eye out ;D

Emotions

Hey guys,
So I don't really share how I feel to people very often. I have no control over my emotions! My feelings aren't something that I prioritise which I suppose is pretty bad. I think I always seem to care about what others think of me and not how I feel.

I bottle up all of my emotions and just let them explode about once or twice a month. I know that it isn't healthy but there's not much I can do about it :P I know that if you bottle up like I do you should probably talk to someone BLAH BLAH BLAH!! But what if don't feel comfortable talking to people about stuff? For me I would say that I have one friend who I can share deep stuff with maybe a second but only on occasion. It doesn't mean that I don't love hanging out with my friends or that I don't trust them etc. but in my opinion you have to feel naturally comfortable talking to someone and not be forced!

When you are a teenager you get ALOT of hormones and you can have horrible days or really good days - or mostly in my case- you can get days where you feel fine at the start, and then all of a sudden.. BOOM!! I explode into tears or BOOM!! I have a massive tantrum filled with screaming and shouting ... I pretty sure that's normal... I hope.. :)

If you are in a similar situation than me then I think yeah! You should talk to someone BUT you should be 100% comfortable talking to them about it and you have to make sure that they are listening to you. If you don't think you have someone like that in your life review all the possible people who come close to being in that bracket of people and decide who you trust the most.

If you are a teenager like me and you struggle with hormones I think we need to just take a deep breath for a while and relax - a good way of venting some of your frustration is by writing it down that could be a possibility for you! Think relaxing/happy thoughts like the sun setting or people who make you feel happy like a family member or a friend or a partner :)

Hope you likes this post guys!

Stigmas and Stereotypes

Hey guys,
So today I am going to talk to you about stigmas, specifically about peoples body shapes and sizes.
So personally I am stereotyped all the time because I am quite thin, the reason being I have an extremely high metabolism rate. I really don't like it when people assume it is because I don't eat much or something because I can tell you here and now that IS not the case! My sister will testify for me if you wish! My life practically revolves around food! When people assume these things I don't think they can realise the repercussions they can have on people.
I'm not a large girl, length of width ways but I believe I have experienced some of the same things as some of those people. I know that you can feel very self aware. I know that you can get very annoyed at yourself for naturally being that way or even if its caused by your food intake. Some people are naturally larger than average and when people assume that they are big because they are greedy it can't help their self esteem.
I'm not trying to an expert in this kind of thing but I do know how it feels to be judged based on your appearance. The stereotypes don't help with confidence and I just want to help those of you who might be going through the same thing and inform those of you who aren't affected just how much of an impact your comments can have on someone.
Not in my case.. but just imagine some of the consequences those comments are going to have on someone; they could develop an eating disorder or become very self conscious.
Anyway, why judge someone on their weight or height. If you are truly a nice person you will judge someone on their personality. Get to know them before making assumptions and hurting their feelings In the process!
So I say to all of you people out there who are self conscious or not happy with their body, you are all beautiful! Don't let stupid stigmas stand in your way of being happy with yourself! it doesn't matter if you are a 8UK size or an 22UK size you are still pretty amazing! :D (sorry for the cringe worthiness!!!)
So after reading this look at this picture and ask yourself would you judge this person???

I hope you guys got the general gist of what I was trying to say Smile
